Lisa Verhoff-Medvetz

Verhoff came to Notre Dame College as an assistant to Coach Dick Deasy prior to the 2007-08 season. She plays a key role on Deasy’s staff as she serves as the recruiting coordinator for the program. On the court she works with both guards and post players.

A graduate of Indiana State University in 2006, Verhoff graduated cum laude and earned a degree in exercise science and sports fitness. At ISU, Verhoff was a four year starter, and played on a pair of Missouri Valley Conference Championship teams (’03 and ’06). Verhoff was twice named MVC scholar athlete honorable mention and made the MVC scholar athlete second team. She finished her remarkable career with over 1,000 points, finished second all-time in school history with 214-career 3-point shots made, and finished first in school history in both 3-point field goal percentage (44.0%) and free throw shooting percentage (89.0%). In her four years at ISU, the Sycamores went 88-36, and she was named to the MWC All-Freshmen team in 2003.

Verhoff resides in Elyria, Ohio, with her husband, Steve.
