SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- Sophomore forward #Eric Dummermuth# has been named American Mideast Conference Player of the Week for a fourth time this season, the league announced on Tuesday.
Dummermuth was selected as the circuit's top performer for games Jan. 11-17. During that week, the 6-foot-6 power forward scored 28 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in each of two games for the Falcons. NDC went 1-1 on the week, defeating Shawnee State and then losing to Point Park (Pa.).
The Dover, Ohio, native is currently leading the AMC in scoring, at 23.9 points per game. He ranks second in the league in rebounding, with an average of 10.6 per game. He is currently riding a five-game streak of posting double-figures in both points and rebounds, and he enters the week needing just 31 points to reach 1,000 for his career.
