Falcons compete at Kent State Tune-up

Track & Field set three program records

KENT, Ohio--The Notre Dame Track & Field team sent 14 athletes to the Kent State Tune-up over the weekend, and came away with three program records. (Results)

On the men's side, #Demar Sheffey# ran the 200-Meter Dash in 22.45 seconds, to break Charles Wilson-Brown's previous school record of 22.68. #Nick Glavac# also set a program record, beating his own record in the Mile Run, with a time of 4:19.99.

For the women, #Tiffany Tucker# set the Notre Dame record in the 60-Meter High Hurdles with a time of 8.99 seconds, breaking her previous record of 9.00.

The Falcons are off next weekend, and will compete in the NAIA National Championships in Johnson City, Tennessee, March 3-6.
